Pre-Order & Batch Production
Some Redlite products are sold through a batch production pre-order model.

• Production begins once batch capacity is reached
• Dispatch occurs after manufacturing and quality control are completed
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidance but may change due to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain factors.
Orders may not be cancelled once production for the relevant batch has begun, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers will receive updates at key milestones including production start and dispatch.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers including:

Redlite does not store full payment card information.
Shipping

Installation Disclaimer
Redlite dash cameras are electronic recording devices designed for vehicle installation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring installation is performed safely and in accordance with vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
Redlite is not responsible for damage to vehicles, electrical systems, or other components resulting from improper installation or modification.
If you are unsure about installation, we recommend professional installation.
Data Recording & Privacy
Redlite products may record video, audio, location data, or other driving information depending on the model.
Users are responsible for ensuring that use of recording devices complies with local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Redlite is not responsible for how recorded footage or data is used by customers.
LTE Connectivity (Where Applicable)
Some models may include LTE connectivity features.
Network coverage, signal strength, and availability may vary depending on region and mobile carrier infrastructure.
Redlite does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity.
Limitation of Liability
