Every Redlite order ships free to any New Zealand address. Because we operate on a batch production model, orders are dispatched 2–5 business days after your batch arrives at our warehouse.
How It Works
From preorder to your door
Redlite operates on a controlled batch production model. Cameras are manufactured in scheduled production runs once the required batch quantity is confirmed. Here's what happens after you order:
You place your preorder
Your unit is secured in the next confirmed production batch. Orders are allocated in the sequence they are received.
Production & quality inspection
Your batch goes through assembly, firmware configuration, functional testing, and quality inspection. Only units that pass move forward.
Batch arrives at our NZ warehouse
Once production is complete and units clear freight, they arrive at our warehouse. You'll receive an email notification at this stage.
Packed & dispatched — within 2–5 business days
Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of the batch arriving. Tracking details are sent via email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Delivered to your door
Tracked delivery across New Zealand. Transit times from dispatch are shown below by region — all at no charge.
Batch timing: Production begins once the required batch quantity is reached. Manufacturing and freight timelines depend on batch confirmation and international logistics. You'll be notified when your batch is confirmed, when production starts, and when dispatch begins.

How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, estimated transit times to your region are:

Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel through NZ Post or our courier partner's tracking portal.
You'll also receive email updates when your batch is confirmed, when production begins, and when dispatch starts — so you're never left wondering where things are. If you have any questions at any stage, contact our team and we'll update you directly.
Packaging
How is my camera packaged?
Every Redlite camera is packaged in protective retail boxing with all accessories included. Orders are shipped in discreet, secure outer packaging. Packaging is kept minimal and recyclable where possible — we don't use excessive single-use plastic.
International
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Redlite ships to New Zealand addresses only. If you're based outside New Zealand and would like to enquire about shipping to your country, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
