Redlite Warranty

Coverage
Redlite cameras are covered by a 12 month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and hardware defects under normal use.

What is covered:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware failure not caused by misuse
Faulty internal components

What is not covered:
Physical damage
Water damage
Incorrect installation
Damage caused by improper power supply
Normal wear and tear

How to claim
Email us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Photos or a short video help speed things up.

Resolution
If approved, we will repair the unit or replace it with the same model or an equivalent replacement.
