Redlite products are shipped from New Zealand. Orders are dispatched once production, quality control, and packaging have been completed.

Because some products are sold through a batch production pre-order model, shipping timelines may vary depending on the production schedule for each batch.

Customers will receive shipping updates as their order progresses.


Pre-Order Shipping

Certain Redlite products are offered as pre-orders.

For these products:

• Payment is taken at checkout
• Production begins once batch capacity is reached
• Orders are dispatched after manufacturing and quality inspection are completed

Estimated dispatch windows may be shown on the product page. These estimates are provided as guidance and may change due to production or logistics factors.

Customers will receive email updates when:

• Production begins
• Orders are preparing for dispatch
• The order has shipped


Processing Time

Once production is completed, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.

During high demand or batch dispatch periods, processing may take slightly longer.
